Night Routines For Glowing Skin

So, just follow these steps and skin your skin healthy and moisturized in the dark .


1. Cleanser:

Ingredients

  • Raw milk        2 teaspoons
  • honey.             1 teaspoon

Procedure:

Take 2 teaspoons of raw milk and 1 teaspoon of honey.
Mix both the ingredients well.
Apply it on your face and gently massage for five minutes.
Then, wash it off with cold water.
You can apply this cleanser once daily or before going to bed because it is necessary to remove makeup before sleeping.

Crude milk assists with diminishing pigmentation, mend dry skin, hydrate skin, heal acne, heal skin break out  and remember burn from the sun.

Honey has natural soothing and healing properties that nourish your skin and fades scars from your face.

2. Exfoliate once or twice in a week:

Ingredients

  • Walnut powder           1 teaspoon
  • Yogurt                        1 tablespoon

Procedure:

Take 1 tsp of walnut powder and 1 tbsp of yogurt.
Mix both the ingredients well.
Apply it on your face and gently massage for five minutes.
Leave it to dry.
Then, wash it off with lukewarm water.
In case if the walnut powder isn't available in your kitchen then you'll use wheat bran flour instead.

Apply this face toner once or twice during a week.

Yogurt adds moisture to your skin and results in skin brightening. It also improves skin elasticity and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.

Walnut powder attracts moisture from the air and soothes dry skin.

3. Night face serum:

Ingredients

  • Aloe Vera gel          2 tablespoons
  • Rose water             2 tablespoons
  • Almond oil              1 teaspoon
  • Vitamin E oil           1 teaspoon

Procedure:


Mix all the ingredients well.
Pour it in a spray bottle and apply it on your face.
Massage and let it dry for 10 minutes or leave it overnight.
Then, wash it off with lukewarm water the next morning.
You can apply this face serum nightly before getting to bed.

Vitamin E oil reduces inflammation and makes your skin look younger and smooth skin.

Aloe Vera has cooling properties which will be soothing for sunburnt skin.


4. Night face moisturizer:

Ingredients

  • Rose water        2 tablespoons
  • Almond oil       1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil         1 tablespoon
  • Glycerine       1 tablespoon

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients well to make a cold cream .
Apply this cream on your face.
Leave it overnight to dry.
Apply this moisturizing cream nightly before getting to bed to urge a glowing skin.

Glycerin is excellent for your skin since it brings water from the air into your skin to saturated it without making it oily. It also has skin-soothing benefits and keeps your skin hydrated.

Rose water helps in maintaining the skin’s pH balance and thus acts as a natural skin toner.


5. Anti-Aging Night Cream:

Ingredients

  • Avocado        1 
  • Yogurt           1 tablespoon
  • Egg                 1

Procedure:


Take a bowl, add 1 egg and 1/2 a cup of yogurt.
Whisk both the ingredients well.
Then, add one avocado to it and blend the mixture till a smooth paste is formed.
Apply the mixture on your face and let it dry and wash it.
You can apply this cream on your face twice a week.

Don’t forget to store the cream in a cool and dry place.
